This programme features interviews with IJ Advisory Panel member, Jo Millington along with Siobhan Grey KC and Professor Jack Crane CBE in the wrongful conviction case of Patryk Pachecka.
Patryk had been wrongly convicted with his friend Grzegorz Szal in 2017. They worked as a team to reinvestigate the forensic evidence from the original trial and immediately spotted a problem.
